IMPORTANT:

  1. The name "Sylk Nat Direct" will appear on your credit card statement.

  2. Goods are always dispatched in plain packaging.

  3. Because Sylk is laboratory formulated to strict international standards and packs are sealed for hygiene and your protection, there are no refunds. 

  4. If your order is received with broken or damaged seals, do not use. Please contact the manufacturer at info@sylk.com.au regarding replacement.

Overseas Customers: 

  1. The International Customs slip will state the content as “Personal Care Lotion”

  2. Following various anti-terrorist legislations, our staff are now required to show Proof of Identity when lodging international parcels and this is evidenced by an orange sticker "ID recorded" on your parcel.  This does not refer to your ID and address details, it is Geneva Marketing's, as the sender of the goods.

  3. We dispatch promptly but please note delivery usually takes the following time from dispatch:
    USA, Canada, Europe, Asia and Pacific Islands, 7-10 business days
    Middle East, 7-14 business days
    South America and Africa, 10-21 business days

  4. We always hold proof of postage, with overseas purchases insured. If your parcel is lost in transit (this occurs rarely) we will happily replace it once Australia Post refund us.

  5. Orders from Africa, please provide a secure Post Box address.

Box 1385, Noosaville Business Centre, QLD 4566, Australia. Please note we will confirm receipt of your order but it will not be processed until your cheque has been cleared. Cheques should be made out to Geneva Marketing Pty Ltd.

If paying by this method, please remember to add the relevant postage charge, and write your name, address and contact phone or fax number on the back of the cheque or money order so we can confirm receipt as above.
